Have you ever done a top-up and felt the item/product you purchased was not received? And after checking, it turns out that there is a wrong user ID format/wrong game selection.
Here are some tips from us so you can avoid similar incidents:

Make sure you choose the correct game/application page.
If the name of the game you are playing is similar to some of the games on Codashop, we suggest you see the logo on the Google Play Store to make sure. -
Make sure you enter the user ID in the correct format.
To find out how to enter the correct user ID, you can click the question mark logo located on the right side of the Username column or check our Help Center. - Before proceeding to the payment process, please recheck whether the details entered are correct or not (User ID, Item price, and Payment Method). If all the details are correct, then you can continue the payment process.
Please note that if you have pressed the "Confirm" button or completed the payment but there is a mistake such as the wrong user ID/wrong game/wrong choice of the item you want to buy, then Codashop cannot give a refund or move the item to a different user ID/game.
